Digital Ecosystem Owner

I own a large-scale digital product ecosystem and am responsible for its day-to-day performance and ongoing development. I work across design, development, marketing, product, and analytics teams to maintain and improve core user experiences. I prioritize the roadmap, identify issues and opportunities through data, and run ongoing testing and experimentation to validate improvements and guide decision-making. As the primary owner for the product area, I balancing maintenance, enhancements, and strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
